White Rabbit; Jamie & Conner Cooper
It is a small, only two-bedroom apartment. Almost dorm-styled. In each bedroom there is a double bed, a comfy chair, a desk, lamp, closet and dresser. The living room is joined with the dining room and kitchen. Kitchen has common appliances, living room has a medium sized screen old TV, couch, and a comfy chair. Rarely are there personal objects laying around, and it is kept relatively clean.

White Rabbit: Gavyn Moore - 1 Viewing
A very classy studio apartment. Despite it's small size, the apartment is decorated with such beauty and elegance that it's apparent a man with a lot of time on his hands lives here. With a soft brown theme, it holds a very warm and cozy aura. Against one wall there is a couch and bed, and at the opposite wall there is a plasma TV and dining table, next to a small kitchen area. A small hallway lined with closets and the door to a bathroom, leads to the entrance. The studio is always very well-lit and kept very clean. Here is a reference.
