Engagement with Death {Plot with Amarnath}

I have considered returning here, and if people are still interested, we may continue. However, as a pre-warning, I am slow because of work and my own forums, so don't let me be the only one you plot with. XD

Name of Role-player: Teris

Name of Character(s): Saeleen Nortia, Serena McKenzie, Tianna Klain, Conner Cooper, Alex Lorendo

Past/Present: All or either would be just meeting him.

Plot/Interaction Idea: Considering your character is a merperson, I'll assume most role-playing would be near the ocean, so I've picked the characters that would be the most likely to meet him. These are all just general ideas with each character, and you don't have to pick them all, or even one xD. **Is not very used to filling out plotting stuff. I usually just set up an open thread, and if someone answers to it, great, we'll go from there xD .** I'm willing to start threads if you don't really like the current open threads up, or can't see Amarnath in them.
Saeleen Nortia: Saeleen has a rather calm and self-centred personality. While she isn't well known for spontaneity, in her first thread, she did take two others on a little flight, so she is capable of it. She's not likely to start a fight, and is quiet against fighting (heaven forbid she get a scratch), although again, she is in a thread in which she is in a short fight (well, it could be long, that is yet to be determined).
So, in a plot with Amarnath, I'm not exactly sure how it'd work out. She's not incredibly talkative, but I could see them meeting along the beach. She would be quite interested in him; I doubt she has met many merfolk in her time. It would mostly be a speculative thing, so if any conversations arose, it would likely first be sparked by his appearance, if he didn't start something.
I'm willing to open a new thread for him, just name a place, or he could jump into either of the two threads she's already in. (Of course, for Vanilla Twilight & Lavender Dreams, he might need to wait a bit before jumping in, they're kinda in the air right now, but I could make their landing destination at the beach, more likely to meet a merperson there.)

Serena McKenzie: Serena is also quite self-centred, very confident in herself, attention-seeking, and fun-loving, though she has a strong independent side (she's actually based off of my moody cat, Lucky xD ). Her personality is very feline-based, and while she hates water, she has been found at the beach on numerous occasions, and throughout the city. She goes pretty much wherever I tell her to go (*whip-crack noise* =P ). Some of her loves are food, flirting, lounging about lazily, eating, and maybe some more flirting and sunbathing. Have I mentioned she's a complete scaredy cat? She does put up a front of aggression and indifference, though.
Unlike Saeleen, Serena is quite talkative, and would strike up a conversation in just about anything. She isn't well known in the mythical creature department, so if she saw him with his fin out, she'd probably be a little weird-ed out at first, although it'd be his scars that would scare her and make her uncomfortable in his presence.
If they were meeting on unfriendly terms, she is more than willing to fight back for her life, but once landing a few good blows, she'd likely run away. Or at least try and lure him away from any water. (She really hates that stuff, and wouldn't enjoy having to turn into a fish or something. She hates fish; unless they're going into her tummy, of course.) Of course, she couldn't really run away that well if something were broken xD. I'm perfectly okay with my characters being seriously injured and maimed, although I'm not a hundred percent sure if I'd like them dead. If the role-playing went in that direction, and Amarnath ended up landing a killing blow, I'd totally go with it though xD . All's fair in love and war. I'd just like to emphasize that I wouldn't really like my Serena character killed off .
Again, I'm cool with opening up another thread for Amarnath (open or otherwise). She is currently in two other open threads, although I think Crash may have died a little bit, and she was leaving anyways xD . The other thread is Past Curfew With Not A Care. It's a bar thread, with her friend Annamarie. It's open for everyone to jump in, so if Amarnath's one for drinking, he can jump right in xD. Or he could just be inspecting the social ties of humans in certain settings.

Tianna Klain: Tianna, while out-going, also does have a strong shy streak from her childhood. She doesn't really have much of a fighting streak, though can become easily angered, particularly by family, and when she gathers up the courage, she is willing to stand up for others being pushed around, or stand up for herself. More often than not, though, she'll duck away or ignore it, or respond with some crappy off-the-fly remark that just makes her look like even more of an idiot. Not entirely sure how she'd react to just randomly being attacked. Probably curl up in a ball and wait for death, or cry, or try and fight back a little bit, or any combination there of. She's completely based off of- okay, no, she is me, Teris xD Play-by, actions, character, the only difference is last name, really xD.
She does love swimming, when she gets out of the house, and since basically everything is walking distance, she would likely walk to the beach with her puppy, Harlequin. Meeting Amarnath isn't inconceivable, I'm just not entirely sure how their personalities would collide. While not apt to just talk to a stranger, she has been known to plop down and strike up a slightly nervous conversation; and you can tell she's a little bit nervous by her overly-energetic and happy way of greeting, which would likely begin with a strange sentence/phrase.

Conner Cooper: Much easier to role-play with the ladies, mainly because he's the more silent, manipulative type who would listen to whatever ails you. A run-in between him and Amarnath is less likely than a run-in between Amarnath and his sister, Jamie, but Jamie's a little bit preoccupied at the moment with her fiance, so might as well toss Conner in xD. He would like to attempt to get to know Amarnath, at least get a feel for her general character. He prefers to gain trust and then betray, but if Amarnath has no role in his own life, then he's unlikely to ever betray him. It's just not what he'd do unless it were in his best interests.
Now, a meeting with Amarnath would likely be his first outing from the hospital. He recently had his eye... sort of taken out/maimed by Dante in a little fight, so things may be a little disorienting for him until he can better see the night/day. His injury would severely put his defences up, though, and he'd be quite quick to engage in a fight if he felt threatened. Clearly if he had his eye taken out, I have no complaints to him being injured seriously xD.
I don't currently have any open threads with him that Amarnath would be able to respond to, but I can open one if you'd like.

Alex Lorendo: I haven't really played around much with Alex. He's naturally an out-going, care-free kinda guy, but the little I've played him, he's been a complete jerk. Meeting him at this point, he would likely be quite down-trodden, anxious, and worried, as he was entrusted with the well-bring of two teenagers. ... And that's going terribly; one had his eye taken out, the other one, he broke her arm, and she basically moved out with the who reason that she broke her arm (did I mention she became engaged to the same guy?). He's as of yet failed to inform the parents of this bad news. I doubt he's really looking forward to it, actually, as they aren't exactly extremely well known for being the nicest of people.
One would most likely meet him at the bar. He works at the Silver Dagger, and I have a feeling he'd be moping around after work hours and drinking a little bit until he was able to loosen up enough to find himself a chick, get laid, and saunter on back home to deal with an impending hang-over in the morning. Going with the whole beach thing, he may have opted for a change in scenery, and taken a bottle of some unknown alcoholic beverage there. I'm sure he's willing to share .
Again, I have no current open threads with Alex.

Anything Else: Yeah, I kinda modified the application thing a little bit xD Hope you don't mind; but I colour-coded the different characters! XD So anyways, I'm in no immediate rush, so if you take your time responding and such, it's not really a big deal for me. In most cases, I should be able to answer within a day or two; and if I'm online, then within a few hours xD . Pending other replies, yadda yadda yadda.

Plot/Interaction Idea: Since Kristen is sort of interested in the ocean, maybe she can have a situation with her in the ocean. The shifter is also trying to teach herself to swim. Once in the ocean, maybe she sort of drowns or maybe a shark finds her? Well, the shark incident might work... since she is quite a terrible swimmer as it is. *nods*

Anything Else: I will like your suggestions on a plot for them to meet together. But, I will like them to be friends that will help each other...in the future.

Well, I don't think he would ever be able to be friends with anyone, really. If she was caught it the water, it would be very likely for him to attempt to kill her. It would have to be a situation in which she offered some sort of benefit to him, which, at the moment, I am unsure of what it could be, aside from maybe sending out the occasional drunkard for him to maim. XD

Hm, maybe she can do that. Kristen has known a few people who are terrible to her. The shifter will happily draw the men into the water for Amarnath. But, he has to help her swim to safety...since she is gonna be threatened by a shark.
