Joseph tossed and turned in bed,he couldn't sleep.He tried everything counting sheep,staring at the wall,reading,reciting the alphabet,naming the presidents in order of inauguration.Another reminder that I'm old,I actually know the names and dates of all the presidents.,he had to smirk at that one.
He looked at the TV and at his wife,as long as he kept the volume low she'd stay asleep.Taking the cold remote in hand,he went through the channels.Animal Planet? , no I do not need to see a lion eating a gazelle! He looked at one show.Oh,great another one of those shows that the other supernaturals tease us about!
Ten minutes later:
These fight scenes are awesome! For some reason,he really thought the redheaded actress was really good and was drawn to her character.And then another woman came on the screen...
Is she...all the men...Can't un-see! Can't un-see! Can't un-see!
He felt a lump in his throat and plenty of churning in his stomach as his face went beet red. Suddenly a rainbow of colors left his mouth and landed on his wife.Her eyes opened,"Joey... did you?",she sounded very groggy.She looked at the sheets,then back at him with death in her eyes."I couldn't hold it!"
She looked at the TV and then sighed,We did the exact same thing...Oh God! She turned to him,"Why are you watching True Blood?" "I didn't know any better!" He turned and saw that his wife's face was turning red,he didn't need another cue. And that was when he turned around and ran for it!
